ByronScope: Attached dual occupancy in Campsie, with 12 metre frontage
Attached dual occupancy recently completed in south-western suburb of Sydney, Campsie on a 12 metre frontage. The site frontage was deficient by 3 metres, but with clever design and planning, the team managed to get it over the line. As approved by Canterbury Council who have their frontage requirement within their Development Control Plan (DCP), the controls were to be applied with a degree of flexibility. This was achieved given each objective of the control was met.
